DiSC® DVD Sample Video Clips |
| The
Everything DiSC® DVD is the video companion to the
Everything DiSC Facilitation System. However, the video can also be used
as a stand-alone tool for existing and new DiSC facilitations.
The DVD is
menu-based and offers multiple viewing options for each of the four
sections: Pure Styles, The Meeting, Effective Communication, and Natural
Styles.

Below you will find an example from each of the four sections. Simply
choose the appropriate “High Bandwidth” or “Low Bandwidth” link
next to each to play the segment. To save these files to your computer,
right-click on the link and choose “Save As.” Some files may take a
while to download, depending on your connection speed. To view these
files you will need Windows
Media Player version 7.1 or higher. |

| Pure
Styles |
| Description: |
This
section includes four characters representing the purest
form of each of the four DiSC styles. Each character is
shown in five separate segments. The characters describe
themselves (and ultimately, their styles) by giving a
general overview of their behavior (Introduction) and
describing four basic aspects of themselves: Goals,
Fears, Preferred Environment, and In Conflict. The
sample segment shows Eric, an S or Steadiness style,
talking about his preferred environment. |

Meeting |
| Description: |
This
section shows a team in conflict, a manager meeting with
individual team members to work through the conflict,
and a more effective team meeting as a result. The

Communication |
| Description: |
This
section features communication between peers, as an HR
manager, Palani Griggs, recruits sales people for a new
biotech division. He meets with four Territory Sales
Managers representing each of the four DiSC® styles.
Palani’s first interaction with each is ineffective,
as he does not adapt his delivery to the needs of the
style. The second interaction is effective, since he
modifies his communication to the needs of each style.
The sample segment shows Palani’s ineffective
interaction with Jesse, who is a C or Conscientiousness
style. |

Styles |
| Description: |
This
section consists of informal, unscripted responses to
eight questions by people of all four DiSC styles.
Unlike the Pure Styles section, Natural Styles
illustrates the complexity of the styles as they appear
in the real world, and allows participants to understand
and appreciate the subtlety of behavior and human
interaction. The sample segment shows Jenn, a high i or
