PPSS Individual Report
The DiSC® PPSS Individual Report is intended to provide a rich amount of information for any level employee. It is a detailed report covering basic behavioral characteristics using a non-judgmental approach. The person will first see their behavioral strengths, followed by a graph of their Behavioral Dimensions. They will then be given a thorough overview of their behavior in the given situation that the person focused on when taking the assessment. This overview is custom tailored based on the person’s specific answers. The person will then receive additional general information, including personal motivating and de-motivating factors and their preferred environment, along with things that they tend to avoid. The general section of the report also includes strategies for enhancing effectiveness and information about how the person tends to behave in conflict situations. This section ends with a highly detailed graphing display of the person’s potential range of intensity to exhibit 32 specific behaviors. The enhanced sections include areas on strategies for increasing positive relationships with the person, including how to create a positive environment, communicating, and complimenting, providing feedback, and dealing with conflicts with this person. Also discussed is how to deal with the person’s problem-solving and decision-making styles. The next section deals more specifically with how the person relates to people and their environment, providing information about how they tend to communicate to others, how they tend to make decisions, manage time, solve problems and handle stress. The next section provides information on how to best manage the person. This includes such things as providing developmental and motivational strategies, approaches to complimenting and counseling, ways to work with them on problem-solving, and how to delegate to them as well as correct problems. Communication issues and approaches for decision-making are also discussed.
Management Report
This optional add-on report is a detailed look at the behavioral approach that the person takes towards managing others. This might be one of the most important sections, as this provides valuable information for the person in their development from manager to leader. In this section they will learn about their own communication approaches to others that they are managing. They will also learn about how they tend to delegate and direct the people they manage. Information is also provided about how they tend to develop their team members and motivate them. Finally they receive information about how their own decision making, problem-solving, and time management behaviors impacts upon others. Each of the major sections includes worksheets that include a series of thought provoking questions for the person or their manager or team members to consider in helping them all to become more efficient in their relationships.
