The DiSC® Team View report
provides an at-a-glance comparison of learner profiles. The report gathers data
from participants who have responded to DiSC Classic 1.0, DiSC Classic 2.0, or
DiSC PPSS on EPIC. It includes the individual's name, DiSC Graph III
display, and Classical Pattern name. For a sample, click
here.
This report is included for all teams that have had their members take the DiSC®
Classic or PPSS
Individual Profiles.

Team Culture
Report
The DiSC®
Team Culture Report includes
an illustration of the group's distribution of DiSC styles, the group's
Classical Pattern distribution, and detailed information on how each
individual's DiSC style may affect the DiSC culture within the team.
The DiSC Team Culture Report helps you answer these questions:
• What is the DiSC style of your team?
• What are the advantages and disadvantages of the team's culture?
• How does the team's culture affect members with different DiSC styles?
• How does the team's culture influence decision making?
• How does it affect risk taking? How does it affect innovation?
• What types of behaviors are valued? What behaviors are not valued?
Only by discussing these types of issues is it
possible to capitalize on — or change — the team's culture in order to
enhance it's success.

Each of your employees will also receive their own DiSC® Individual Report, either a
DiSC®
Classic® or a DiSC®
PPSS Report®. These reports are required for generation of
the Team Reports listed above. The individual reports are utilized in a variety of
our other processes, including our Management
Development Process, Talent
Management, and Customer
Connections™.
