InterPersonal Profile System Report

The DiSC^® Interpersonal Profile System Report is a special kind of 360 degree report that allows a person and up to 5 other people to answer how they see the person’s behavioral style in relation to a specific situation in a non-judgmental fashion. The person receives a graph of their DiSC® Dimensions along side of each of the other 5 respondents. They also receive a highly detailed graphing display of the person’s potential range of intensity to exhibit 32 specific behaviors as seen by themselves and the other respondents. The person also receives a worksheet that will guide them on making decisions about the results that they have received, as well as providing them with some thought provoking considerations.

This report is especially valuable when used in conjunction with the Role Behavior Analysis and the RBA to Individual Comparison Report. It allows an individual to look at how others see them when they perform in a particular role and compare that behavior to the Role Behavior Analysis to help them determine who effective they are in being behaviorally adaptable.

As with all 360 Assessments, this report is used solely for personal development only, and is not intended to be used as a performance evaluation tool.
