We also use the Situational Leadership model in our coaching and performance feedback programs for managers. In addition to our own utilization of many of the Ken Blanchard Companies' materials, we also offer their books, videos and other training support tools for our clients own use.

CRKInteractive is a learning solutions company with a curriculum developed over the past twelve years by Len D'Innocenzo & Jack Cullen. Len & Jack have coached thousands of management, sales, and customer service professionals (among others) to realize increased success over the years. The results achieved by the most experienced veterans, rookies and those in between has been outstanding.

Also Inscape Publishing Distributors, the CRKI curriculum is highly compatible with the tools and models that Resource Development Systems, LLC uses in all of its programs and processes. This makes the highly interactive online courses from CRKI a great resource for supplemental or reinforcement training, and they can be integrated together to create a completely stand-alone training program totally delivered online.

In addition, RDS is an official training provider for the Institute of Certified Professional Managers. We provide training preparation for taking their Certified Manager examination.
