This reading list is not exhaustive by any means.  These are just a few of the books that we've found of interest.  Some of the books listed are heavily research-based, while others are business parables.  Our advice when reading a variety of business books is that you should look for the similarities between what the authors are saying, and not what they might be saying that contradicts another author.
