We use these online courses from CRKI to help provide team leaders ;and team members with the needed skills in how to interact with their other team members to increase relationships and commitment . They can be used as a complete stand-alone training program, or as a supplement to any of our classroom training programs to reinforce knowledge and remind employees about how to use the skills they learned in their training. Whether used as pre- or post-training work, these courses are a great addition to classroom training. While these programs are not directly related to our Team Development Process™, they are a great way to reinforce the learning that we provide in the Team Development Process™ or in Team Adventures™.
