Join us as we introduce you to the DiSC® Behavioral Management System and the power it has to impact on organizational performance.  In this free 60-minute workshop we will review the research about the high return of interpersonal skills training, cover the basics of DiSC®, and then go into more depth about the model, its uses, and the tools that you can easily use to bring this powerful model to help increase performance in your organization.

We will provide you with some pre-work before this session to help familiarize yourself with the DiSC® Behavioral Management System and the Everything DiSC Facilitation System.  

Because of the interaction, we are limiting the number of participants in each session to Fifty.  We want everyone to have an opportunity to join in on the discussions without “stepping on” each other when speaking. 

This program is intended for Internal OD Consultants,  HR Managers, and Training Managers, and others who are interested in learning more about how engagement impacts performance in their organization are also welcome.
